Support to help you grow through life’s challenges.
Hi There,
Welcome to Trellis Lane Counseling. We are so glad you are here.
A trellis is a structure that offers support. Not to force growth, but to guide it. It provides something steady to lean on while allowing growth to happen on its own time.
A lane represents a path or journey. Much like life, it may have turns, pauses, or seasons of uncertainty, but it continues forward.
At Trellis Lane Counseling, we believe healing doesn’t mean being pushed or fixed. It means being supported as you move on your own path, at your own pace.
Our role is to walk beside you, offering steadiness, care, and guidance as you navigate life’s challenges and transitions.
Why Trellis Lane?
Therapeutic Approach
At Trellis Lane Counseling, we use an integrative and individualized approach to therapy. We believe that support is most effective when it is tailored to the person and not confined to a single model. Each person’s experiences, goals, and journey are unique, and our work reflects that.
We do draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered therapy. Together, these approaches allow us to provide meaningful, trauma-informed support as you navigate your path forward.
